How to configure my availability
It has never been so easy to manage the availability and calendar of your activities on a platform like Yoorney. Our system is very easy and intuitive, and we are also the first marketplace that gives our partners total freedom to do so.
Follow these steps to learn how to do it:
1. I want to configure the "general availability" of the calendar of my activity
You have to configure the general availability of your activity when creating the activity. If you need to add new seasons, you just have to click on "Activities", select the activity you want to configure, and go down to the "Calendar" section.
Here you can configure limited seasons by dates for both languages or unlimited if you wish:
- Configure unlimited season: You select the box "Unlimited season" and this will be the availability of configures for this activity forever.
- Set limited season: You remove the unlimited season selection and include the dates on which you want to set different times or days available.
In the event that you want to create a season without availability, all you have to do is not create a limited season for that time, but for the seasons that are available. To remove the availability of a tour, we always recommend setting up with limited seasons. In this way, we will give the client the possibility to reserve in the future.
2. I want to configure independent days available in my calendar
To carry out these types of actions, you just have to click on "Activities". We look for the activity in which we want to add availability on some day or independent time and click on the "calendar" icon just below the title:
You will get to the calendar view of the activity. To open a specific time or day you just have to click on the + on the date you want to configure availability and a tab like this will appear, where you can choose the language and time:
Once the language and time have been selected, click on "Accept" and you will automatically have a new time in your calendar on our website.
If you want to see the global availability of all tours, you can go to the "availability" section, don't forget to filter by activity if you only want to see one or two.
