En Yoorney te damos la ventaja de ser tú quien responda a los viajeros que disfrutaron de la actividad con vosotros. Para ellos sólo tienes que seguir los siguientes pasos:

1. Accede a https://toursgratis.com/partner/login con tus credenciales

2. Dirígete a "Comentarios" y pincha en el botón de edición el la review del cliente para responderle




3. Escribe tu mensaje en "Respuesta" y pincha en "Añadir" para publicar tu comentario





En la columna de la izquierda encontrarás los diferentes estados en los que se podrán encontrar los comentarios:
  1. Publicados: Comentarios ya moderados y respondidos correctamente.
  2. En Moderación: Aquellos que están siendo tratados
  3. Cancelados: Comentarios que no son dirigidos para el proveedor por algún tipo de error.
